The ‘‘backyard smoker’’. At roughly 120 gallons (the tanks vary in length but are all 24’’ diameter), these are the perfect size for cooking for a smaller crowd. They can cook up to 6 full briskets, but are not too big to fire up for a rack of ribs. They are easy to move around the yard with the wagon style wheels or on a hard surface with castor wheels.
